I have several contract opportunities available within the government sector for candidates with proven experience in researching and writing policy, briefings, and ministerial documentation. If this describes you, please read on.
Responsibilities include:
Researching and preparing ministerial briefings, reports, and policy discussion papers
Updating existing policies and reviewing them against current or new legislation
Leading research and analysis to inform policy papers and consultation materials
Preparing parliamentary briefings and cabinet submissions
Providing general administration and project support duties
Ideally, you will possess:
Previous public sector experience and exceptional writing skills
Experience in policy development and legislation within government
Strong research and analytical skills to apply judgment and advice on key issues
Extensive stakeholder engagement and communication skills
