This is a management role that offers real growth and the chance to lead in a supportive, high-performing team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee restaurant operations, including food safety and customer service
  • Manage stock, crew performance, and shift tasks
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and inclusive environment
  • Deliver great experiences to our customers every day

Requirements:

  • Aged 18+ with full Australian work rights
  • Available for a rotating roster – incl. weekends - (Saturdays are 125% your base rate and Sundays are 150%) & overnights
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous hospitality or management experience is helpful but not essential
  • Ability to work across our Toowoomba Region restaurants (including Highfields & Westbrook)
  • Willing to complete a police check (we pay for this)
