We operate from 7am to 6pm and cater for up to 112 children each day, offering beautiful natural play spaces, light-filled rooms, and a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor learning environments.

**About the Role**
We're on the lookout for a passionate and motivated **full-time Assistant Centre Manager** who will:

- Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and education
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment where children feel confident and valued
- Support educators to grow professionally and personally
- Build strong, positive relationships with families and the wider community
- Keep the day-to-day running smoothly with great organisation and teamwork

**About You**
You'll bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Australian working rights
- A professional, friendly approach and a love for building connections
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Availability Monday to Friday
- Two professional references (including one from a childcare/education setting)
