Sunkids Mermaid Waters is a purpose-built centre, our state-of-the-art facility is designed to cater for 162 children, offering them a unique and enriching Early Learning experience that spans the globe.
We believe in providing children with a global perspective from an early age, fostering curiosity, empathy, and an understanding for different cultures and traditions.
From our curriculum to our innovative design, every aspect of our new centre reflects this commitment.
**If you have the desire to**:
- Lead a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculum
- Be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment
- Be able to direct, lead and role model in all areas
- Have Fantastic Communication Skills
- Ideally have completed Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualification
- Hold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
- Put the best interests of children first
- Help to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environment
- Assist with daily operations of the centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management system
- Ideally have a sound knowledge of QikKids
