This role reports to the Assistant Branch Manager and will see you develop and maintain relationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand.ResponsibilitiesDevelop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiriesBuild and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expireSupport the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangementsRaise purchase orders for associated equipmentLiaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipmentComplete all associated paperwork and reporting requirementsSkills and ExperienceExceptional customer service, communication and relationship building skillsStrong organisation, prioritisation and administrative skillsAbility to successfully manage competing objectives, multi task and be flexibleSound computer and system skillsPrevious experience in an administrative, rental, sales, or service roleBenefitsCompetitive base salaryA supportive and strong local, regional and national teamNational business that promotes internal development & career progressionReward & Recognition Program & access to other employee benefitsGenuine opportunities for career development & progressionGenerous Housing Allowance and Location Allowance providedIf this sounds like a role and a business you'd like to join, then please APPLY NOW
