Objective: We are seeking a skilled Rental Sales Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and coordination of rental activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed proposals for equipment supply and manage customer sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Create and enter hire agreements, ensuring accurate off-hire documentation when agreements expire
  • Collaborate with the team to identify equipment availability and coordinate supply arrangements
  • Process purchase orders for associated equipment
  • Coordinate with transport providers to ensure efficient delivery and pickup of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and administrative capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple objectives, multitask, and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient computer and system skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative, rental, sales, or service role
