You'll be working with the latest Google Cloud technologies, providing technical leadership across diverse AI/ML domains including generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation systems, whilst serving as the key technical liaison between our AI/ML team and business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities** Technical Leadership + Architect and implement scalable AI/ML frameworks and standards + Establish coding, model development, and deployment best practices + Contribute to technical roadmaps and evaluate new AI/ML technologies + Lead code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables Team Development & Mentorship + Mentor team members from graduate to senior levels + Conduct workshops, code reviews, and share best practices + Support career growth and solve complex technical challenges Business Partnership + Act as technical liaison for editorial, marketing, product, and tech teams + Translate AI/ML concepts into clear business insights + Identify AI/ML opportunities and design solutions aligned with business needs Project & Risk Management + Identify risks and improve development processes for efficiency + Ensure robust testing, validation, monitoring, and documentation Innovation & Efficiency + Drive process optimisation and automation in AI/ML workflows + Evaluate new tools and establish performance monitoring metrics **Who are you?
