Our client, a privately owned building supplies company, has been offering a wide range of products and services to the Building & Construction Industry in Western Australia since 1970. Their dedication to quality and outstanding customer service has established a reputation for successfully serving some of Perth's most prestigious Builders. The pivotal factor behind their accomplishments lies in their people. Given their ongoing expansion, they are currently in search of a Trade Sales Team Leader to join their Malaga branch.

**Role Highlights**:

- Lead and inspire the Trade Sales team.
- Manage an existing customer base while actively pursuing new markets and customers.
- Drive phone sales, provide quotations, liaise with customers and suppliers, and oversee purchasing and scheduling.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to fuel growth.
- Utilise your expertise in timber sales and building products to meet and exceed company targets.

- Experience with Building Materials/Products
- Proven experience as a strong team leader who motivates and guides your team to success.
- The ability to craft and execute strategic business plans that lead to tangible results.
- Confidence in cold calling to tap into new and exciting business opportunities.
- A track record of achieving company sales budgets and inspiring your team to do the same.
- In-depth familiarity with timber and building products to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Exceptional reporting skills to provide insightful sales performance analysis.
- Essential computer skills to effectively navigate modern business operations.

Salary Package

$80,000 + Super

Hours are Monday to Friday (7-4pm or 8-5pm depending on roster)
