**About the role**

As an integral member of the 'internal' trade sales team your role will include:

- Telephone customer service and sales with trade accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Keying of orders
- Liaison with manufacturing and despatch teams
- Interaction with the field trade sales team members

**The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service team
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong safety awareness of all associates within the workplace
- Flexibility to work within a rotating roster
- Knowledge of the Building, Engineering or Fabrication industry will be highly regarded however not essential
