Role ResponsibilityTo ensure the preparation of all food processing.To ensure the quality of product and standards of hygiene within the Kitchen facilities conform to the criteria set out in the SOP.Reporting all defects of equipment, damage to materials and any incidents involving theft to management.Keep the detailed cleaning schedule for all kitchen, stores and related areas up to date, ensuring that these are strictly adhered to and work is carried out to a satisfactory standard.Preparing orders in accordance with company procedures, verifying accurate delivery against delivery note/ invoice and the original order itself.Ensure completion of all necessary stock control documentation in accordance with internal accounting procedures.Ensure that accurate fridge and food temperatures are recorded.Ensure all protective clothing is worn and personal hygiene and appearance is adhered to.The Ideal CandidatePrevious Chef experienceOrganisation SkillsGood Administration SkillsMust be available to work weekendsIOSH and Food Safety Level 3 CertificatesProven experience, ideally in a high-performance or elite sports environment.Package Description12 months fixed term.40 hours per week.5 days over 7.Many employee benefits, rewards and recognition.About the CompanySodexo Live
