: 569371Work type: Fixed TermBased at our vibrant La Trobe University's Melbourne (Bundoora) campus or our regional Bendigo campusFixed term opportunity until 31 December 2029Level A Academic (Research only)Work with inspiring people who are driven to make a differenceAbout the positionLevel A research only academic is expected to carry out team research within the relevant field and carry out activities to develop their research expertise relevant to the particular field of research.The successful candidate will primarily work on research relating to Artificial Intelligence in the diagnosis of skin cancers for 'RISE4SkinCancer' (Regionally Integrated Systems Enhancement for Skin Cancer): a solution-focused approach to integrating care.The aim of this program is to improve the diagnosis and management of people with skin cancer in the Loddon Mallee Region (LMR) by developing and testing a model that builds primary care capacity and improves access to care in a financially viable, cost-effective manner.
