One of Australia's top Architecture and Design practice offer an exciting opportunity for a reputed Design Leader to join their team.

Arriving to lead the Workplace Design sector, this individual will be passionate about the future of work and the role of design in enriching our work live.

Delivering on proven design excellence and thought leadership across workplace and commercial buildings, there will be exposure to other building typologies.

This role will focus on business development, client relationships, team management, design leadership and ensuring consistently outstanding design outcomes.

Melbourne based, however the successful professional will be working collaboratively Nationally.

10-15 years experience Post graduation of Interior Design or Architecture, this opportunity requires exceptional aesthetic and design capability, design resolution skills.

An established track record of delivering high end Workplace design projects within a reputed Design studio, in a collaborative manner.

With an ability to develop new business through high level stakeholder management skills, ability to deliver Design presentations to C Suite level, the acumen to manage difficult conversations and with proven written skills.

Team orientated and well versed in fostering and mentoring team members, this individual will be a natural leader.

Demonstrated thought leadership, highly attuned to the changing role of workplace and contributing to the advancement of the profession.

Equally comfortable working across office tenancy design and instrumental in the design of commercial office buildings in the collaboration with the Architecture team

Large scale project experience is required.
