**Job Experience & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience leading a team and running a successful tennis or racquets venue.
- 3-5 years experience in running successful racquets venues
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work the hours required to ensure a successful venue.
- Loves tennis & racquet sports and has a passion for helping others achieve success.
- Strong leadership qualities, organisational & administration skills.
- A team player, an authentic leader, and gets along well with others.
- Wishes to continue to provide high-level coaching programs and private lessons.
- Australian Applicants - Must be a Tennis Australia coach member & have current Working with Children Checks, Police Checks and First Aid certification.

**Employment Status**:Full-Time

**Salary**:Attractive Salary Package on offer & this will be based on experiences & qualifications relevant to the role
