Sales Executive, 12-month Maternity leave contractThis role is a hybrid work modelBlis is looking for a driven and energetic salesperson on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our team, based in Sydney, reporting to the Regional Director - ANZ.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Sydney market, a strong contact list, and existing relationships with major agency groups and clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the advertising market, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop in digital ad tech.The key focus of this role is to manage an existing portfolio of agencies to generate significant new revenue, create campaign-winning solutions, develop strong client relationships, manage a robust sales pipeline, and deliver the high level of professional service for which Blis is renowned.Key responsibilitiesLeverage existing and new relationships to build your sales pipelineTarget media agencies and their clients, including planners, strategists, and programmatic teamsConvert pipeline into new customers and accounts to meet business targetsLead sales presentations for agencies and clients, and support team effortsBecome an expert on Blis USPs and platform best practices, providing strategic insights to clientsDevelop and execute quarterly business plans with weekly forecasting and pipeline managementCreate market-leading solutions and presentations for clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer serviceSkills and ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in digital media sales and account managementKnowledge of digital media, advertising, programmatic media, and data offeringsExperience with omnichannel offerings including pDOOH, CTV, Digital Audio, and DigitalUnderstanding of digital media strategist, planner, and buyer needsCurrent experience working with digital teams within media agenciesExisting relationships within Sydney media agency groupsConfidence and ability to present to stakeholdersProven track record of closing deals and achieving targetsTeam player with a flexible, dynamic approachWhat we offerCompetitive, uncapped commission structureSuperannuationWellness paymentsGenerous PTOEnhanced parental leaveCareer coachingAnd more
