We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to help deliver critical sourcing activities, support the development of category plans, and strengthen our supplier relationships.

This role will play a key part in driving value, efficiency and governance across a broad range of procurement categories—including Construction, Facilities, Technology, Professional Services, and more—contributing directly to the airport's success now and into the future.

**Key responsibilities**:

- The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

- Partner with Category Managers to deliver category plans and sourcing strategies
- Support the end-to-end sourcing process—from scoping and tendering through to evaluation, negotiation, and award
- Help drive procurement excellence by streamlining documentation, improving processes, and embedding best practice
- Undertake supplier cost and performance benchmarking, offering strategic insights
- Assist in the development of our Supplier Relationship and Performance Management framework
- Collaborate with Finance to align procurement outcomes with budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Support the rollout and maintenance of our Procurement Platform and dashboards
- Provide procurement guidance and training to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to key strategic initiatives and lead discrete improvement projects
- Strong analytical and procurement experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience within the industry
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBi and procurement platforms
- Experience across a variety of spend categories and supplier arrangements
- A solid understanding of procurement governance, policies, and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities while keeping your eye on detail
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, always looking for ways to improve
- Experience in managing procurement data and performance reporting is highly regarded
