We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Gardener. **This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 0800-1600 in our beautiful Nellie Melba retirement village in Wheelers hill.**

At Ryman our gardens are always blooming and offer tranquility for our residents, staff and guests to enjoy We hire skilled Gardeners to care for our grounds to ensure our flowers continue to flourish and our gardens are sustainable for years to come. In this role you will:

- Lead a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy

- Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area

- Previous experience managing a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
