**About the Role**:
With over 33 years of excellence, Super Gardens stands as Victoria's premier name in Commercial Grounds Maintenance, Landscape Construction, and Turf Management. Serving a vast array of clients across Australia, our reputation for quality and dedication has only grown stronger with time. Today, we are excited to offer a full-time position for a skilled Gardener at the Sandhurst Estate located in the South Eastern suburbs.

**Responsibilities**:
As an essential part of our team, you will bring your experience and passion for gardening to a range of duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of the grounds. Your role will include, but not be limited to:

- Turf duties: mowing, watering and operation of ride-on machinery as well as other horticultural and maintenance tasks as required
- Operation of various horticultural machinery: blowers, hedgers, whipper snippers, push mowers and ride-on mowers
- General gardening tasks: Weed identification and treatment, pest and disease management, planting, garden bed maintenance and plant nutrition
- Efficient removal of garden waste

**About You**:

- Proven background in lawn care and gardening maintenance
- Proficiency with ride-on mowers
- A valid manual driver's licence is highly preferred
- Relevant qualifications in horticulture or related fields are advantageous
- A team player with a passion for the outdoors
