Construction Lawyer opportunity with Law Staff in Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia.

You will be part of the Construction Team, working closely with Partners to deliver strategic legal advice on high-profile matters.
Responsibilities
Managing large-scale project disputes and high-value litigation
Working on arbitrations, expert determinations, and Security of Payment claims (including adjudications)
Advising on contract risk management for major projects
Handling the day-to-day conduct of matters for public and private sector clients, including project owners, contractors, and engineering firms
Contributing to a welcoming, collaborative team environment designed for productivity and growth
Qualifications
Construction Lawyer with 3+ years' PAE
Ideally from a specialist, top-tier, or respected mid-tier firm with a proven track record in construction or project matters
