**What you'll do**:

- Support with daily living and personal care
- Assist with community activities and transport
- Encourage independence and build strong connections

**What we're looking for**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or studying Nursing/Allied Health)
- Driver's licence, reliable car, and insurance
- First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC (or willing to obtain)
- Compassion, reliability, and great communication skills

Pay: $35.15 - $84.89 per hour
