We are looking for fun and energetic people to join our team, that are looking for that next step up helping supervise the restaurant, coach the team and development themselves into the next leader in our business.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Helping manage the team when the Managers request
- Train and Coach the team
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Serving food and drinks
- Making high quality products
- Putting the guest first
- Seating Guest
- Team Player
- Working with the kitchen to deliver high-quality food
- Floor operations include running food, clearing tables and taking orders

**What does success look like?**
- Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable however not essential
- A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach in addition to excellent service standards
- Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team
- Eligibility to work in Australia
