**About this Opportunity**

We are seeking to recruit a Blow Moulder Operator who possesses dairy/food industry experience in blow moulding machine operations and packaging equipment such as baggers and de-baggers.

Ideally, the successful applicant will possess good fault finding/troubleshooting skills, effective communication skills and an understanding of GMP and HACCP principles. You are a dedicated individual, show attention to detail and have a demonstrated ability to build relationships and rapport within the business.

Commitment to delivering quality work, flexibility to work shift work and overtime as required and a focus on efficient and effective work practices and procedures and working within a team are key requirements of the role.

To be considered for this position, you will require:

- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn;
- Good attention to detail;
- Interested in fault finding/ troubleshooting skills; and,
- Effective communication skills.

You must be self-motivated; able to work a 12 hour rotating shift roster, including weekends, have a strong focus on safety, environment and quality and be able to work as part of an effective team or autonomously as the situation dictates.
