Job Family Descriptor Lead schedule and monitor program management activities for all customer deliveries
Execute projects on a crossfunctional and regional basis within the allocated costs defined scope and timelines Drive compliance to the change control process

Review progress and margins of projects on a periodic basis and ensure faster revenue realization through appropriate prioritization of orders
Conduct periodic meetings with customersstakeholdersvendors to discuss issues and related action items Identify areas of improvement and drive specific initiatives to address issues raised by customers around order delivery Broad outline of the Role Interact with customers for clearance around specific customer dependencies raised by team where required Review critical project milestones Drive projects across functional teams Conduct reviews with teams on regular basis to track progress on improvement initiatives Has budget responsibility Leads a team through expertise in most or all areas within Program Management Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the direction of new processes standards or operational plans based upon business strategy with a significant mid term impact on business unit overall results May lead important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes Provides a second level management to a group of one or more teams led by a supervisor team leader which in turn could comprise a combination of professional technical administrative staff Identifies problems and significantly improves changes or adapts existing methods and techniques Focus is on implementation and control rather than policy and strategy development Impact of decisions made is mid term in nature Able to identify problems and significantly improve change or adapt existing methods and techniques Education An engineering graduate electronics telecommunication Experience 10 12 years in service provider domain in telecom industry Role & Responsibilities
Role overview

The role requires a combination of Delivery / Sales and Commercial awareness. A high level of collaboration is required as the role works across multiple delivery towers and other internal functions.

Primary Responsibilities

End to End Delivery of the contract

Financial Management (Revenue & Gross Profit)

Base Account Growth

Financial

Responsible for Revenue & Profitability of the mapped projects

Identify and delivery Farming opportunities

On time fulfilment of requirements - Ensure no revenue leakage

Commercial

Ability to prepare and share all revenue reports in various Microsoft office formats as required by the business in line with set deadlines.

Able to follow laid down internal process for the creation of supplier PO's and subsequent management of those PO's

To carry out all commercial reporting such as SAP SKF posting and allocation of WBS codes to individuals or projects

Manage internal sign-off for new rates and opportunities

Customer Engagement

To manage customers and ensure all expectations are met in the ramp up / down of projects

To maximize customer spend within project by sharing monthly PO value remaining status with stakeholders.

Identify opportunities and act on them

Vendor Management

To maintain regular documented governance with each Vendor

Constantly challenge cost and always aim to get best prices when new opportunities are shared

Maintain discipline within the contract workforce

Review and approve vendor invoices for payment

Mandatory Skills required

Knowledge of Telecom processes and technologies

Experience in customer facing roles

PC Literate and familiar with Microsoft package

Commercial awareness

15+ years of experience in Telecom/IT and Program Management

End to End Contract & Client Management

Experience with team management, client & vendor stakeholder management

Organized and keen attention to detail and the flexibility to work with different aspects of a business.

Ability to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Exposure to presales / business development is a plus

Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders

As a person with responsibilities for the management of employees you are expected to provide leadership and support to workers in understanding and meeting work health and safety policies and procedures.
