**About our client**:
This requirement is inside the IT Projects Delivery Team of a Large Digital Transformation Program at our largest client in the Energy and Utilities sector. Our client is a large electric transmission network provider which operates and manages the high-voltage electricity transmission network in NSW and the ACT, connecting generators, distributors, and major end-users in Australia.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must have 8+ years of experience in relevant roles (Technical Lead/Senior Consultant) in large-scale and complex data migrations.
- You must be able to be hands-on as well as lead the data migration team
- Operational knowledge of Enterprise Assets Management (EAM) and Workforce Management (WFM) Systems (Ideally Maximo and Oracle Field Services) will be highly regarded.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop a comprehensive plan for data migration, encompassing both production and non-production requirements, including considerations for size and timing.
- Exhibits strong skills in scope management, planning, and implementation, as well as risk, assumption, issue, and dependency management.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of technical environments, system integration, and data transmission.
- Must have strong experience working in an Agile environment and using JIRA.
- Precious experience working in the energy & utilities industry will be highly regarded.
- Experience leading end-to-end migration activities
- Experience coordinating with key stakeholders to achieve key outcomes.
- Possesses negotiation and influencing skills at all levels
