Based on site, you will join Savills as a Project Director , taking a leadership position across a commercial newbuild project.
Working within the highly regarded Project Management team in Brisbane, this role offers a great opportunity to utilise your extensive skillset, honing in on your exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.Key responsibilities will include;Leading the project team in planning and execution, to deliver client project outcomes Ensuring that the deliverables meet the required standard of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost Maintaining strong client relationships and leading by example Ensuring compliance with all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Policies of BMS and legislative requirement Achieving target margins for your projects including managing your team within budget and have a sound knowledge of the financial aspects of the Division Continuously monitoring and evaluating all aspects of project implementation including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures Delivering all agreed company and customer project reporting requirements Assist the Director and State Director with business development as required What Sets You ApartAt least 10 years of extensive commercial Project Management experience Relevant industry-related tertiary qualifications Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated record of strategic leadership and management of complex projects Able to work within a diverse team and demonstrate initiative to drive personal productivity What Sets Us ApartWe actively seek out people who possess that rare mix of work ethic, rock solid integrity and attentiveness to client needs.
