**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Based in our HV Field Service team, we are currently seeking an experienced Manager to join the team and lead our HV Test & Transformer Services team. The HV Test & Transformer services team specialise in delivering high quality onsite refurbishment and upgrade work on high capacity high voltage power transformers and associated infrastructure. This role manages and oversees all aspects of project co-ordination including the management of site-based teams executing the project works. In conjunction with this, the role oversees all financial and contractual obligations for both internal and external stakeholders, managing customers throughout project delivery.

This role will report directly to the NSW Service Manager as well as receiving technical guidance from a well-rounded team of experts in their field.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Previous experience with power transformers and HV electrical Services (Essential)
- Extensive team leadership and mentoring experience
- Operational leadership experience
- Project/contract management experience (minimum 2 years) or extensive experience in identified specialist field
- Customer and stakeholder relationship management experience
- Project Management Qualifications (Desirable)
- Demonstrated commitment to the management of Health and Safety
- Tendering and estimating proficiency (Desirable)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written, presentation)
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary service team to achieve great outcomes

Based in the Hunter, there would be an expectation of regular site travel to meet with customers and oversee team activities as required.
