**The role**

We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Adelaide Property team. You will be working directly with Partners and a range of lawyers in a diverse team, with the opportunity to have a variety of work and a degree of autonomy.
- Strong organisational and file management skills.
- Experience with time entry and electronic billing.
- An eye for detail, strong service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Advanced skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Proficiency using FileSite or similar document management system.
- An understanding of regulatory issues relating to off the plan contracts and foreign investment.

It is preferable you have experience as a legal secretary in a property practice, with exceptional communication skills and a solid understanding of conveyancing. It is essential that you have strong organisational and file management skills, experience with time entry and electronic billing.
