Damm Fine Food Co. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations supervisor, looking to get into the super exciting world of events and logistics.

This is a senior position so extensive operational experience is required. Most importantly, you need to have a strong understanding of hospitality logistics management and scheduling. We want a person who loves nailing budgets as much as we do

You'll manage our OPS staff rostering, oversee our warehouse operations, and be responsible for beverage and packaging logistics. This role also involves training our new operations crew and taking on basic venue maintenance as well as managing our vehicles fleet.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Overseeing, the Warehouse, Packing and Transport

Formal Warehouse System to be instigated and updated

Policy and Procedure manual

Monthly stock take of equipment and beverage

Organise staff to pack equipment, hired items, décor and beverages

OH&S standards met to ensure the warehouse is free of any potential hazards

Set daily & weekly cleaning schedule and ensure it is adhered to

Daily open and close procedure

Maintain schedule and servicing of our fleet of Vehicles

Manage incident reports, vehicle logs and vehicle refuelling

Manage E-Tags, drivers licence, hire vehicle waiver,

Leadership and overseeing other operations staff
