The Manager Safety, Quality & Risk is accountable to Director, Residential and Clinical Outreach and contributes to fostering and developing team performance and positive work culture in safety, quality and risk management across DASSA Services. The role is responsible for advising on safety, quality and risk activities including:

- quality improvement systems and activities to support the accreditation program
- the identification and management of risk, collating, analysing and reporting on key performance indicators
- advising on safety, quality, risk management and clinical improvement related projects / programs that have been endorsed by SA Health
- advise, educate and provide support regarding the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
- providing a liaison and link to the Department of Health Clinical Governance Framework and risk management system.

This position has a CATEGORY C (mínimal patient contact) Immunisation Requirement
