**Your new role**

We are looking for a Production Assistant / Machine Operator in a site at Acacia Ridge and Archerfield. Successful applicants will play a key role in the production process through the use of machinery, picking and packing, and various other duties found in a factory and warehouse environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will possess some of the following:

- Be relied upon to commit to a long-term temporary assignment
- Demonstrate a great attitude, a willingness to learn new things and attention to detail
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening (critical for the zero-tolerance policy of this Employer of Choice)
- Experience in machine operations is desirable but not always essential. What is more critical is your reliability, attitude to learning and attention to detail. This company will offer training and development for those who demonstrate these qualities.
- Willing to work rotating rosters, across days, afternoon and nights
