**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Business Support Manager, you will work in a team of 10 at our Chipping Norton site. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the non
- scrap Accounts Payable function for Recycling Australia. You will be primary contact for the branch network for processing of good receipting, leading to effective cash flow planning, and the building of relationships with suppliers and the branches.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Dealing with all the national recycling branches and vendors
- Reconciling vendor accounts including critical suppliers
- Receipting invoices and managing income invoice queues and allocation to business
- Answering queries from suppliers, contractors and other business units
- Vendor maintenance in liaison with the Master Data Team
- Relief payment runs of scrap suppliers
- Preparing miscellaneous reports and general office duties

To be successful in this role you will:

- Experience in a similar role in an office-based environment
- Experience in accounts payable reconciliation process
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and organised
- Experience in SAP and knowledge in computer systems are beneficial
