Are you passionate about creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and building connections with local communities? At **The Trybe,** we're on the lookout for a creative and driven **Social & Marketing Coordinator** to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

In this role, you'll be responsible for producing and executing engaging content across our social platforms to drive growth and connection. You'll take the lead in coordinating local area marketing initiatives, store activations, and new product and campaign launches, ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand and impactful.

We're looking for someone who's organised, collaborative, and brimming with creative energy. Someone who lives and breathes social media and has a flair for turning marketing ideas into action.

**More about the role**
- Planning, producing and executing organic social media content to drive engagement and brand visibility
- Managing the marketing calendar and coordinating day-to-day campaign activities
- Executing new store openings and in-store activations
- Coordinating cross-promotional activity with like-minded brands
- Working with printers and other promotional vendors to supply in store marketing material
- Assisting with reporting on Marketing and campaign activities.
- Supporting The Trybe Marketing Manager with brand projects and campaign rollout

**About you**
- Genuine enthusiasm and expertise in all things social media
- Understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing metrics and channels
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
