As an FSA (Food Service Assistant) at **Caring Hands Health Care**, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food services to our residents. Working in a casual position, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals in our Aged Care locations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring they meet dietary requirements and taste preferences
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, following all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth food service operations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of food service processes and procedures

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a food service or catering role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with residents in a compassionate manner
- The ability to work efficiently in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with special dietary needs and meal preparation techniques
