**About the Role**:
**Hours of Work**:
As there are two positions available, staff will be able to choose from the following options:

- Monday to Wednesday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Or
- Thursday & Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00PM

We support an approach that is: professional, flexible, reliable, empowering of individuals, person-centred, collaborative and accountable.
- **On-the-job training will also be provided**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to NDIS participants, support workers, and management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff and participant records in line with NDIS guidelines
- Reaching out to external providers within the community for participant acquisition and networking
- Coordinate staff and participant schedules, maintaining rosters
- Liaise with internal teams to support quality service delivery
- Assist with compliance and reporting documentation

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of the NDIS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and participant management systems, such as Brevity. Must also have proficient computer
- Strong reliability and consistency in attendance and performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within NDIS, aged care, or healthcare setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data entry and management systems

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- Australian Driver's License (required)
- Police Check/Working with Children Check (required)
