What You'll Be Doing
:
Guiding customers through the buying process with honesty, enthusiasm, and expert advice
Promoting and selling new motorcycles from leading brands like
Honda, Kawasaki, Triumph, and BMW Motorrad
Assisting customers with our wide selection of quality used bikes
Building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring every rider leaves satisfied
Contributing to a vibrant, high-energy sales environment
Working an 11-day fortnight, which includes every Saturday (because that's when bike lovers shop)
What We're Looking For
:
A genuine passion for motorcycles
A current full motorcycle licence
A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
A strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment
Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential - we'll train the right person
A team player who's reliable, proactive, and ready to grow
