- Proven experience in sales leadership, business management, or club management.
- A natural people leader with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams.
- Commercially minded with a track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and creating a positive culture for members and staff.
- Highly organised with the ability to balance strategic focus and day-to-day operations.
