This Supply Chain Specialist opportunity is a full-time position based out of our Pymble office, located along the upper North Shore of Sydney, NSW. Reporting to the ANZ Operations Manager, our Supply Chain Specialist role is perfect for an individual seeking to develop their career and learn various aspects in supply planning, inventory control, and other facets of the business. **What You'll Accomplish**

We are currently seeking a strong Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. Your strong prioritization and analytical skills will set you up for success as you work both independently and as part of a team. You will bring your experience, energy, and attention to detail to everything you do, and you thrive under pressure, think in terms of solutions, and communicate with ease across all levels. You take pride in establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and you can't wait to make an impact on a growing business

Your impact will be seen as you:

- Monitor and maintain imported product lines and ensure continuity of stock supply.
- Ensure stock levels are correct and suggest corrective actions for inventory with high/low weeks of cover.
- Serve as first point of contract for all queries regarding inventory management (Client Facing when needed)
- Process and maintain customer orders, claims and intercompany transfers.
- Monitor EDI inventory adjustments and ensuring this translates correctly into the ERP.
- Dispatch finished goods in a timely manner and adhere to internal and customer guidelines.
- Conduct process improvements to maintain efficient workflows and inventory movements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory discrepancy transactions.
- Live the Wellness Pet values and culture and doing whatever it takes for the pets who depend on us.
- Collaborate in the monthly regional S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate and assisted in demand & supply planning.

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working within a globally linked ERP system.
- An understanding of efficient inventory control and warehousing through a third party.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines with excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Strong customer focus and team orientation, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Superior analytical and numerical skills
