**THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for a Support Cadet to assist our current senior property managers. As a support cadet you will be responsible for assisting with the leasing process, conducting open homes, routine inspections, entry and exit reporting and providing feedback to the property manager, your responsibilities will vary; however, your position will be predominately focused on our clients, and you will have time in your day to truly help them.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Assisting Property Manager with leasing process
- Attending and conducting open homes
- Attending and conducting routine
- Assist with rental tasks as required
- Other general duties required by property manager from time to time.

- Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday.
- A current QLD driver's license.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate OR Current QLD Real Estate Agent Full License.
