**What roles do we offer?**

**If you are an experienced and qualified Boner, Slicer or Slaughter person to a level 4 ANZCO standard, then we want to hear from you.**
- **Experienced & Skilled Boner - **trimming and cutting meat from bones, sides and carcasses. Cutting meat into standard primal cuts to customer specifications. People in these roles are highly skilled knife hands.
- **Experienced & Skilled Slicer - **trimming and cutting primal meat cuts, removing internal fat/clots/bruises to prepare for package to customer specifications. People in these roles are highly skilled knife hands.
- **Experienced & Skilled Slaughter Person - **humanely process livestock in an Abattoir - strictly adhering to food safety, hygiene and religious customer requirements. People in these roles are highly skilled knife hands.

People with the above experience could have earnings of $63,000 per year plus superannuation depending on your skills (this is not counting overtime). This is well above award wages and under an approved Meat Industry Labour Agreement.
