**Support Worker Opportunity—Community Access & Social Participation Support**

**Location**: Runcorn, QLD and surrounding areas
**Hours**: Approximately 12 hours per week (flexible)
**NDIS Participant**: Seeking reliable support

We are seeking a **female support worker** to assist a participant in accessing the community and engaging in social participation activities.

The participant requires support for safety and confidence when attending appointments, engaging in community activities, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

**Your role will include**:
Providing reliable and friendly support during community outings and appointments
Assisting the Participant to navigate public spaces safely and comfortably
Encouraging social participation and engagement in local activities
Offering flexible support aligned with the Participant's individual needs

**About you**:

- Female support worker residing in Runcorn or nearby suburbs
- Possess a current **Driver's Licence**, **Blue Card (Working with Children Check)**, and **Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening)**:

- Hold valid **NDIS Worker Orientation Module** certificate and **First Aid/CPR** certifications
- Have excellent communication skills, patience, and a supportive, proactive attitude

Previous experience supporting individuals with mobility challenges or similar support needs is desirable.

Pay: $30.00 - $48.98 per hour

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
