Reporting to the HGA Warehouse Manager, the Maggie Beer E-Commerce Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring the seamless management of Maggie Beer Products e-commerce inventory within the HGA warehouse operation.

**Key Responsibilities and Key Outcomes**
- Role model our values, fostering a safe working environment
- Plan the incoming deliveries, warehouse space, movement of stock and labour
- Maintain accuracy of gift pack and hamper components (OS HP) as well as pantry and made gifts packs (OS), both physical and in Esuite
- Plan and maintain stock locations and labelling for maximum use of space and the most efficient flow of stock from when it arrives to when it is picked and dispatched
- Manage sell-by dates with a strict FIFO regiment
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic stocktakes with full accountability for accuracy, including commentary on any shrinkage
- Liaise with the accounts department for invoice payment
- Oversee and maintain the physical integrity of stock through proper storage and warehouse cleanliness.
- Manage a Team of pick packers and plan labour according to demand
- Assess areas of efficiency regarding Maggie Beer pick pack
- Liaise with the customer service team to receive feedback on the packaging of products and improvement of customer experience

**Skills and Experience**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, colleagues and suppliers
- Critical thinking with the ability to navigate through obstacles that may arise
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks during extremely busy periods such as Christmas
- Exceptional organisational, time management and planning skills
- A team player
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrative good numeracy and literacy skills
- Show a great can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working in fast paced environment as a team and individually
- Show a passion for doing a great job
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of the e-commerce environment would be an advantage
