Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store ManagerAbout usBorn out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with nothing but a dream to design and deliver a collection of affordable, high-quality garments not yet met by the market, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name, as the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nationA day in the lifeAs our ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER you will be responsible for:Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceededIn the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to set and achieve goalsOverseeing the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock managementAbout youAn ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - You'll be your team's number 1 hype person and your Store Manager's right hand
