**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated **HSE Compliance Officer** to join our team at the New Chum depot. This role provides an exciting opportunity to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our Health, Safety and Environmental management systems.

**Duties**
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies.
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
- Monitor and report compliance with legislative requirements.
- Support incident reporting and investigation processes.
- Prepare HSE reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Contribute to the delivery of HSE training and awareness programs.

**About You**
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum).
- Minimum 3 years experience in a safety or environmental sustainability role.
- ICAM Incident Investigation qualifications (desirable).
- Drivers Licence (essential).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to participate in open consultation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
