About the RoleAs our People & Capability Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for HR queries and a key support across recruitment, onboarding, systems, and reporting.
You'll work closely with our Head of Remuneration & Benefits, P&C Business Partners, and Payroll to deliver seamless people experiences.
What You'll Be Doing Preparing employment documentation (contracts, variations, parental leave letters) Updating our HRIS and ensuring data accuracy Supporting the end-to-end candidate recruitment journey including job advert postings, candidate screening, coordinating interviews, through to offer management and onboarding Administering Working Rights and Police Checks Coordinating service awards and assisting with benefits Processing invoices and purchase orders in SAP S4/HANA Assisting with P&C projects and reporting Managing the HR Assist inbox and responding to employee queries About You We are seeking a forward-thinking and people-focused professional who is energised by the opportunity to create impact.
You will bring: Experience working within a HR or People & Culture support role Strong understanding of HR foundations and systems Exceptional organisation and communication skills, with proven attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset Why Join Us?
