Short term contract for experienced P&C Coordinator | 4 days per week

- Hybrid working = based from their Narre Warren office 1 day per week

Our client is a leader in their field, doing exceptional work for the community and leaving a great mark on the people they help.

This role is a short term
**contract role** for approximately 5 weeks whilst they await the commencement of a new, permanent employee.

This is a part time position working
**4 days per week.**
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement - working from home with the exception of 1 day per week in their
**Narre Warren** office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recruitment including advertising, scheduling interviews, tracking and HR administration such as letters of offer, maintaining employee files etc
- Systems administration including reporting, updating org charts, onboarding and offboarding, arranging performance reviews etc.
- Compliance including tracking of background checks, working with the Quality Improvement team, auditing first aid equipment etc
- Contribute to the Continuous Improvement activities
- Assess and manage workplace risk

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid experience in a HR / P&C role previously
- A current Working with Childrens Check and Police Check
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to juggle tasks and prioritise
- An upbeat, collaborative personality
