**Cellar Door Manager**:
As the Cellar Door Manager, you will promote a positive and professional image of the Delatite Winery, through leading and managing the cellar team and ensuring seamless service delivery, championing continuous improvement and ensuring sales targets are met. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Restaurant Supervisor and Head Chef.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience in a sales role within a customer-based business or organisation
- Demonstrated experience in a professional, customer focussed role with the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment and still manage the demands of a variety of different customers and colleagues
- Leadership and management experience to build, manage, coach and motivate a diverse cellar door team.
- A continuous improvement and service mindset, proactive work ethic and ability to learn quickly.

This position is offered on either a permanent part-time or full-time basis.
