**About the role**:
Reporting to the Manager - Admissions and Funding, you will be responsible for maximising the occupancy of BaptistCare Residential Aged Care Homes, meeting or exceeding targets for Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD), maintaining Supported Ratios and additional services fees - whilst ensuring the effective execution of sales and admission functions.

This exciting opportunity will see you form part of a team that leads supportive conversations with customers and their families, providing them with detail and clarity when choosing their BaptistCare residential aged care home.

This position also maintains key customer relationships and networks widely with key referrers such as Public and Private Hospitals, Local and Regional Health Districts and Medical Services.

**About you**:
To be considered for the role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience communicating financial requirements related to admission to Residential Aged Care
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proven customer engagement experience and a track record of successfully guiding people through the sales journey, while meeting agreed admission level targets
- Proven experience and advanced level competency in the use of health care related technology solutions such as AlayaCare, iCare, PeoplePoint Clinical, Nera, Proda, My Aged Care Provider Portal and Customer Relationship Management Solutions
- Proven experience in a Sales and/or Customer Service/Liaison position, preferably within the Aged Care Sector
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act 1997 and relevant legislation
- Tertiary qualifications or Higher Education.
- Current Australian driver's licence and commitment to occasional travel
