**About the Role**
Are you a cleanliness connoisseur with an eye for detail? As a Houseperson, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and inviting environment. From tidy towels to spotless service areas, your work will help set the stage for unforgettable stays.

**Your Day-to-Day**

Here's what you'll be tackling as part of our incredible housekeeping team:

- Maintain all assigned areas to the highest standards, ensuring service areas are stocked, tidy, and free of clutter.
- Safeguard and responsibly handle Master Keys and other necessary tools.
- Wear your pager like a badge of honor, responding to calls promptly and professionally.
- Empty ashtrays, clear guest corridor rubbish, and ensure bins are regularly emptied and cleaned.
- Stock service areas with fresh linen and towels while keeping furnishings neat in the laundry/valet area.
- Deliver extra beds, baby cots, and laundry items to the correct rooms with care and efficiency.
- Mop floors, clean walls, and keep service areas free of obstructions for a safe, tidy environment.
- Sort rubbish, paper, and glass into appropriate bins to maintain our eco-friendly commitment.
