The Macmahon WAC Head Office is located near Perth International Airport, T2. The Macmahon office is an award-winning facility with a large, recently upgraded on-site gym, free secure undercover parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The WAC Head Office hosts Macmahon's centralised support services and operates as the centre of gravity for the wider Australian business.

Macmahon is currently seeking an experienced Mining Training Superintendent to join the Training & Development team. Based at our office near the Perth Airport, you will be leading a passionate and committed team supporting Macmahon's onsite operations. Reporting to the Manager Training & Development, you will be responsible for leading the Mining Training function to support the Operational business units across Australia.- Current Cert IV TAE
- Minimum 5 years Mining experience, preferably with Surface, Underground and Drill & Blast experience
- Technical knowledge of mining equipment operations with competency in operation of a range of machinery
- Good Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to lead a team of trainers and collaborate effectively with site Project Managers and Training teams to build workforce capability
