Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll play a hands-on part in every stage of the legal process, including: Engaging directly with clients to take detailed instructions and build strong relationships Reviewing and interpreting complex records with a critical eye Drafting clear, thoughtful written communications for clients Preparing briefs and liaising with medical experts and allied health professionals Drafting high-quality court documents with precision and care Attending procedural hearings and representing the team in court Collaborating closely with barristers to prepare matters for hearing QualificationsWe are looking for a Lawyer with strong client service focus, personable approach, and commitment to social justice.
You will ideally have at least 2-3 years PAE however if you have a strong desire to forge a career within this space we want to hear from you.
