A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Coordinator to join our Coomera Connector Project based in Helensvale. We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with Road/Rail/Bridge design experience, who will ensure successful delivery of the design process through proactive interaction with several internal and external key stakeholders.
In this role you will understand the concept of formal relationship contracting models that encourage a one team culture and "best for project" outcomes. You will be confident to challenge processes and create an environment where innovation and continuous improvement is embraced during the delivery of the design. Together with:
- A sound ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements.
- Well-developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workloads with the flexibility and ease to adapt to situations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver value for money outcomes in a Design and Construct environment.
